From Old School to

New Wave

Returning back to Michigan after entertaining 22 years in southern California ~ Kevin’s piano club show “From Old School to New Wave” draws from a vast array of songs from The 1940’s to present day popular music.
One minute he can play a medley of songs from Cole Porter then turn around and do a tribute to Prince.
Cavanaugh performed monthly at The Caliph, The Turf Supper Club and  Martinis. Between gigs he found time to open for Rita Coolidge, do Christmas parties for director John Waters and play in an episode of Flavor Flav’s “Flavor of Love”.
He also had a part-time lounge act, BLUE VELVET on the side which led Kevin and his group participating in NBC’s premiere “America’s Got Talent” show after producer Simon Cowell saw their audition tape and called Kevin directly to be on the show.
Kevin’s playing and singing will turn your club/bar event into a fun and memorable evening.
